My 9 year old son absolutely loves it here. All of the staff have been extremely accommodating. He was never excited about going to the dentist but he now gets his shirt ready days in advance so he can wear it the day of his appointment. I’m very happy to have found this place.

My son and daughter have had very positive experiences with Albany Braces. Albany Braces have wonderful staff who are helpful and caring. Scheduling is very flexible, making it easy to get appointments with multiple locations. They were also terrific getting us right in whenever there was a problem! I would highly recommend!

I’ve always had a great experience with Albany Braces. The team at the Albany office is great especially Dr. DiCerbo and Cathy. The staff is always so friendly. The office makes these visits very painless and stress free! Highly recommend this group for all your orthodontic needs!

My son Nathaniel has been receiving orthodontic care with Albany Braces for several years due to a craniofacial deformity. The staff are always pleasant, courteous, kind and supportive. Appointments are timely and we travel over an hour to the office. Everything is explained in detail. Our experience has been wonderful and I highly recommend Albany Braces to anyone in need of orthodontic care.

We have yet to encounter any issues with this group! The staff is friendly and helpful, the providers are wonderful! They are SO nice to kids and make them feel at ease, especially when facing scary orthodontic interventions. Highly recommend!

Our daughter, Beth, loves going to Albany Braces. She has Down Syndrome, and was uneasy about dental work, but they have made her feel very comfortable. The staff has been so kind to us.

I’ve been going to Albany Braces since I was 7 years old, and right now I’m almost 19 years old. Through the years, I can say I’ve had a wonderful experience! With getting an expander inserted to having two rounds of braces I can say they have treated me with great care helping me with any concerns or trouble I had!

I’m about halfway through my orthodontic journey and everyone at Albany Braces (Albany branch) has made the process as smooth and pleasant as it could possibly be. The doctors and assistants are all very nice and take the time to answer my questions and make sure we’re all working toward the same goal. They’re very conscious of my comfort while I’m “in the chair” and the receptionists are as flexible as possible when scheduling appointments and figuring out what needs to be done when an issue arises between appointments. It’s a busy office, but I’ve never had trouble getting a timely appointment when something needed to be fixed. Overall, I definitely recommend Albany Braces.
